Rajasekhara Reddy is the Managing partner of TAMRA DEVELOPERS,Aadhya Infra and proprietor of MEDHA Constructions, a reputed construction company based in Hyderabad, Telangana. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Mr. Reddy has been instrumental in building several landmark residential and commercial projects across the city. Mr. Reddy started his career with a construction firm in Hyderabad. After gaining valuable hands-on experience for two years, he established his first company "Medha Constructions" in 1995 as a proprietary firm. Identifying Attapur as an up and coming locality, he focused on developing apartment buildings in the area.

Under his leadership, Medha Constructions has constructed premium apartment complexes like Srinivasa Nilayam, Hari Hara Nilaya, Sri Nilayam, Medha Towers and Lakshmi Priya Residency at Attapur. The company has an impressive portfolio of over 1 million sq. ft. of residential gated community projects across Hyderabad. Expanding his expertise in 2004, Mr. Reddy diversified into infrastructure development by starting a subsidiary called PGR Constructions which has delivered projects worth Rs. 30 crores annually for top telecom player JT Mobile. Major residential projects by PGR Constructions include PGR Joice, PGR Elite, PGR Pride, PGR Orchid and PGR Cosmos.

In 2010, Mr. Reddy also ventured into entertainment infrastructure by constructing a movie theater called Eeshwar in Attapur. His most recent luxury residential project is "Aadhya Advaita" - a 61 villa gated community spread over 10 acres in upscale Kismathpur. Through his vision and passion for construction, Mr. Rajasekhara Reddy has established himself as one of the most successful builders in Hyderabad property market.
